Experience

Sector: Cyber Security
Summary: Working with the senior leadership team, product outcomes were defined. We identified and prioritised a number of journeys on which to focus. We defined product health metrics, utilising the HEART framework. We established a regular cadence of qualitative user research, performing user interviews every two weeks.
Outcomes: Product sales for quarters 1 and 2 were up 33% on the previous year. We positioned research and data at the core of the product activities by defining product metrics, establishing feature experiment best practices, and initiating a continuous discovery process.

Sector: Probate
Summary: With the product vision to "relentlessly remove friction from the bereavement ecosystem". Our product outcome was to decrease the time and effort to complete the end-to-end estate administration journey.
The process of accurately recording all estate information is relatively complex. For this reason, we identified several subject matter experts with whom we would collaborate throughout the design process. An interactive prototype was created and was one of the main tools used throughout the iterative design process.
Outcomes: The new feature set was incorporated into the existing platform. At the time of writing, the product had successfully completed a closed Beta with early adopters.

Sector: Incident Response
Summary: Working with a Cyber Security Scale-up to validate a proposed problem in the Incident Response and Training space. Working throughout the design and delivery of the proposed solution.
Outcomes: Identified a significant pivot in the specific problem we were solving. Established product-market fit for the core product offering. Launched a platform for the delivery of crisis scenario training. The product exceeded all established key results. Within the first six months, the product had generated £1 million ARR and had a robust sales pipeline.
